Homemade guacamole always seems to hit the spot on a sunny summer day — no matter whether it’s a backyard barbecue, a beach snack, or a more formal al fresco dinner party. The tender creamy chunks of avocado, tart lime, spicy cilantro, crunchy onion, and sweet tomatoes all combine for a flavor-filled dance party on the palate.

Ingredients:

• 4 ripe avocados, cubed
• 10 Campari tomatoes, seeded and diced
• 1/2 cup red onion, diced
• 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup green onion, diced 
• 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
• 2 limes, juiced
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

• Place all ingredients in bowl.
• Mix until combined.
• Serve immediately or chill in an air tight container in the fridge for up to two hours before serving.
