Tender rotisserie chicken, creamy mayonnaise, crunchy celery, and hint of parsley and lemon all combine to bring a ton of fancy flavor tempered by welcome nostalgia.

Ingredients:

• Breasts from a Rotisserie Chicken, shredded, at room temperature
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 celery bunch, chopped
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
• 1 lemon, juiced
• Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

• Place shredded chicken in medium mixing bowl.
• Add mayonnaise, celery, parsley, lemon, and s/p.
• Stir until all ingredients combined.
• Serve immediately.
